Cheer
Cheerleading can involve a variety of activities, from chanting slogans to intense physical stunts. Cheerleaders use their strength, endurance, and skills to lead crowds, raise spirits, and perform stunts like tumbling, pyramids, and jumps. Cheerleading routines can also include dance and cheers, and typically last between one and three minutes.

African Dance
African dance is a style of performing arts that involve aspects of music and theatre as well as rhythmic bodily movement. It serves as a complex diversity of social purposes, such as celebrations, weddings and any social function where accomplishments serve. There are different formations, such as a team, a group, or a solo dancers. African Dance has also transformed over the years with African music, making way for more modern dance moves.

Ballet
Ballet dance is a theatrical dance that originated in the Italian Renaissance courts and spread to France with Catherine de' Medici. It combines a formal academic dance technique, called ballet or danse d'école, with music, costume, and stage scenery. Ballet dance may tell a story, express a mood, or reflect a piece of music. It requires strength, balance, technical skill, and flexibility, and features highly formalized steps and movements that may look natural when done well.

Tap
Tap dance classes are a style of dance that use shoes with metal plates to create sound. This class explores different traditions of tap, such as Rhythm tap and Broadway tap. It also provide different levels of training, from introductory to advanced and competitive. Class starts with warm up exercises and progress to rhythm and step-based skill building. It can also include improvisation and musicality exercises.

Contemporary
Contemporary dance encourages dancers to be versatile in their expressions and to be able to portray a wide array of movement styles and emotions. This class focuses on spacial and body awareness, use of body weight, floor work, technique, efficiency of muscle usage, musicality and safe body alignment.

Majorette
Majorette dance is a skilled dance style where you perform with various props like batons, and rifles or flags. It became popular at historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs) for their high energy movements that infuse jazz, West African and hip-hop dance styles. Dancers often perform alongside a marching band in glittery outfits and do flips and gymnast moves. Majorette dance is about freedom of expression, letting loose and sisterhood.

Hip-Hop
Hip hop dance class is a way of learning various hip hop movements and techniques that use upbeat music from different genres. Hip hop dance is less fluid and more improvisational than other dance styles, and it involves steps like popping, locking, gliding, and freezing. It can be enjoyed as a hobby, a form of entertainment, or a career. Hip hop dance classes are offered for different ages and levels of training, and they include different hip hop styles like choreo, pop, lock, break, krump, and funk.

Liturgical Dance
Praise dancing is a liturgical or spiritual dance that incorporates music and movement as a form of worship rather than as an expression of art or as entertainment. Praise dancers use their bodies to express the word and spirit of God. Praise dancers can be old or young, male or female, experienced or novice. Anyone who feels spiritual joy and wants to express it through dance can join in. That said, some praise dance performances are prearranged as choreographed pieces for a select group of dancers in a congregation. Praise dances can also feature a soloist, who may perform with or without set choreography, depending on whether he or she chooses to dance a previously arranged routine, or prefers to dance spontaneously.
